NEED TO SIGN A LEASE
Six Steps Towards Residency at APEX

1. Come to our office to pick up your lease. We will be open all summer M-F 9-5pm.  

2. If you cannot visit our office to pickup or sign your lease, we automatically send your lease in the mail.

3. Sign your lease in all areas highlighted and initial where required.

4. Give to your guarantor/co-signer to sign and get notarized. (Must be notarized unless your co-signer signs the lease in our office for us to witness.)

5. Attach a check made out to APEX Housing Group, LP. in the amount of $425 for security deposit and technology fee.

6. Mail completed lease to the following address:
